Grahas and Deities

There are a few different viewpoints regarding grahas/planets & devatas. The word Deva comes from word Divu – meaning that which gives light. My intention was to give these tables and make shortcut to those who are ready to learn and use them in everyday practice as long as they know them by hand.
Those are:
Maharishi Jaimini:

In Siva Mahapurana is explained why Brahma is not worshipped. It was situation when Brahma and Visnu wanted to reach the top and bottom of Linga but couldn’t. Than Brahma during going up saw Ketaki flower coming from the sky and asked him to wotness infront of Visnu that Brahma himself reached and saw the top of Lingam. When they came to the Earth Siva himself appeared and because of cheating of Brahma, he wanted to kill him. Visnu prayed to Siva not to kill Brahma and Siva, being so merciful let him live but said that noone should ever worship him. Also noone should offer to Siva Ketaki flower and worship him with it. That is the reason that people do not worship Brahma but Narayana instead.
